Refund policy

We want you to enjoy every cup. If something is not right with your order, email orders@ymccoffee.com and we will make it right.

Damaged or defective orders

If your order arrives damaged or the product is defective, we will send a replacement at no cost to you. Email orders@ymccoffee.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Return window

Unopened bags and unopened single-serve cups may be returned within 15 days of delivery. To start a return, email orders@ymccoffee.com with your order number.

Non-returnable items

Opened bags and opened single-serve cups cannot be returned for food-safety reasons.

Return shipping

If we sent the wrong item, we cover return shipping. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Restocking fee

None.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 10 business days and post back to your original payment method.
